Built more for school than gaming as you can tell, not the most modern machine by any means, can't believe it's actually form 2014/2015. Mostly used for VMware workstation these days :).

Quite happy with how long this has lasted, definitely not the most expensive hobby!

    Complicated

Basically what it comes down to is that it needs to be more interactive instead of an AFK money maker where you buy something once and it's set & forget. I'm onboard with the idea, it's like GTA Online then (hence I asked for clarification) but that does mean that properties also need to be harder to be bought by other players (some kind of protection program or w/e you want to call it to avoid large chunks of money being lost, though again it makes for an interesting gold sink?).

In GTA Online you need to invest large sums of money to get a little in return, you have to actively do missions or you can buy supplies, specifically I'm referring to the bunker update, I feel it's kind of simular to the suggestions above here. You have to buy an expensive bunker, you can upgrade staff and that way manufactering of whatever goes faster, you have the option to outright buy supplies and to source them yourself.

Maybe it's an idea to have the option to have other players source the supplies for you? As a kind of middle man idea like in the real world where the supply chain consists of many different parteners that buy or source goods to make into a final product, I have no idea how this would be implemented though. This would result in people driving around the map with marked vehicles, some kind of hunting idea where you can take down the player carring the suitcase(as in idea of product) and try and take it to the final destination yourself.

The difference between GTA Online and this would be that there needs to be some kind of gold sink, so it's probably best to keep the option for others to buy your business, maybe make it something like you need to defend it (or at least have an option to, it's a deathmatch focused server after all). You can't have a situation where money comes out of thin air, and while that's not totally the case now in a sense with the properties that we have that is the case. If players would make mutual agreements with one another not to buy certain properties then they can be milked forever (haha, takes me back to when we'd afk 24/7 to gain cash).

A more interactive system also keeps people busy, a lot of games have daily activities that can be completed for cash or rewards. Maybe something like missions that reward you with score money and cash? An upfront investment with the idea of gaining money from it but a more interactive side to it would be an interesting idea to me. I realize this is a wall of text but I'm just throwing ideas out there.

I like seeing these video's from you again, good old times when we were making movies. My favorite is still the leatherface one from 2011 hehe.

FPS unlocker basically broke the physics in my game, if you're not using a 144hz monitor i wouldn't even think a second about trying it. I know people play with crashes.asi to unlock fps if that answers your question, but 94ish FPS lock on Windows 10 isn't really an issue to me.

    Modifications

Players are allowed to use some visual modifications, it is up to players to determine if the modification is capable of giving them an unfair advantage before using it and you use them at your own risk. Claiming that you did not know an unfair advantage existed within the modification is not a valid defense.

    • No mods allowed except purely visual txd changes. Any change of vehicle model, object or player model can cause you to be banned if found it gives you a (dis)advantage

    Bank improvements

    Detailed description of the suggestion:
Currently the only way to interact with the banking menu is by using your mouse. It would be a QoL improvement to be able to navigate the menu using your keyboard, with arrow keys or WASD. Withdrawing or storing money can only be done by typing in the actual numbers (with zero's). It would be a QoL improvement to be able to use the K for 1.000 and M for 1.000.000. Instead of having to type in 10000 you can just type in 10k. Imo that's a lot easier than having to type in a billion zeros.

I realize this wouldn't be a high priority update but personally I'd like to be able to use my keyboard for all banking purposes so I don't have to re-adjust my mouse position everytime I'm done banking. Surely I'm not the only one that shares this sentiment?

    Hello,

Please remove all GTADM servers from your favorites list in the SA-MP launcher.
Add the server again by entering the following IP: gtadm.com:7777
If that doesn't work, try to add the following IP: 51.89.39.177:7777

Please let me know whether this solves your problem or not.

To add to this, if gtadm.com:7777 doesn't work. Use Google DNS. (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4) So that in the future if IP does change for whatever reason it should (in theory) still be able to connect to the server without having to edit your entry.

Tried it with 6 different versions (including yours)... All 6 of them caused the same problem :/

So then we can conclude the DLL file doesn't make a difference if it's there or not? (though, I'd rather it be gone just to rule out potential issues with it) I'm just thinking what else we can try. Zelda said a new user profile just for samp. Can try to just WIN+R "netplwiz" & make a new local administrator account? Specifically local admin, none of that MS account crap. Note that this command only works for Professional or better, assuming that's what you use.

Make buying armor possible without having a house.

    Detailed description of the suggestion:
Currently there is no way to buy armor unless you own a house, this requires a player to have at least 250 score. I realize it's not really a high limit but it's common to have new people ask for a way to obtain armor. Back in the days it was possible to buy armor from the ammunition stores around the map. It would be nice to bring back that feature, maybe make them sell it for something like $500. Another option would be a command like /buyarmor that would charge you an amount of money, this command would be treated like a teleport so that it can't be used when in combat. Maybe even like your house teleport where you have a 3 minute cool down, so that having an actual house still provides more of a benefit.

If your mouse doesn't work (input to menu & game) place "DINPUT8.DLL" in the root folder of your game.

Root folder location (assuming default install path, on a 64 bit machine).
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas"
Remove the quotation marks and paste the text in file explorer to go there directly.

    File: DINPUT8

Verified working on Windows 10 1909 64-bit [Version 10.0.18363.657] from my own testing.
