Awesomegamer has reported you to us with several videos and also Haruhi has recorded a video before banning you.

Unfortunately that old video does not count as a proof of not using it,we know that one can switch fast,but I also dont see any switches in that video mentioned from awesomegamer.

Let's wait for Haruhis Video and we will double check the proofs again and come back to you.

There is no rule not being allowed to kill a Player at treasure or Export as this is part of a Deathmatch Server,one can defend oneself or so as The_Death is not a new Player,so it is no rulebreak for me. There is even an achievment to get when killing a Player with a treasure.

We will discuss this internally how we can make treasure hunt more fair in future because yes it can be annoying cause the enemy can always go /area51 teleport.

For now there will be no Action taken against The_Death,just this clarification, as he is a new admin and still has to learn, awesomegamer.

Yes, exactly. The account Mr_Hud used aimbot and was banned by me and has the same IP address as you. Your account has been unbanned now. The account of your brother will stay banned. If we find out that he made another account or anything else will happen from your IP,you will be banned as well,so make sure that it will not happen.

Also the proof has been looked at by multiple admins and owners and will not be shared publicly.

This does not seem to be a ping or PL issue, many players reported that to me and they have not had a high ping or high PL.
This bug needs to be fixed with priority since new players are leaving because of it, they just fall through texture.
