adding a new VIP vehicle.
Detailed description of the suggestion:
Currently there a few VIP vehicles available for purchase and to choose, However I am thinking that the vehicle Patriot (ID:470) a military off-road vehicle should be added,
The vehicle itself isn't modifiable and doesn't have any built in weapons meaning it is harmless, the vehicle by itself isn't fast and is meant for mostly off-road and has 4 seats.
