In order for us to take a report in consideration easily, we ask you to follow the following steps when making a report:

• Create a new thread in the Report a player section.
• Fill the subject field of the thread the following: YourName reporting PlayerName
• Copy and paste the following form and fill it in.
• You can copy the form using the Copy Contents button in the top right corner of the form
