We strive to have as little bans as possible. Unfortunetely several bans take place every day by our anti cheat system and our staff.
If you are banned and you either think this happend by mistake or you simply wish to play again you can submit an unban request.
In order for us to take unban requests in consideration easily, we ask you to follow the following steps when making an unban request:
- Create a new thread in the Unban requests section.
- Fill the subject field of the thread the following: Unban request of yourName
- Copy and paste the following form and fill it in.
- You can copy the form using the Copy Contents button in the top right corner of the form.
- You can use the Ban List to obtain information about your ban which you need to fill in the form.
