There are 2 more videos, also it's allowed to hit players in fallout, i played it in mta sa, samp in more than one server and all of them allowed hitting players.

And btw the video you uploaded is so old, which means that you maybe weren't using hacks but now you are. proof it is old : look at the players you play against the last time they logged in was a long time ago.

I am sorry, but... you know there is no rules prevent me from doing this and it is very fair because you can also teleport to /area51 and kill me again, also you can't deliver treasure after being hit, so that means it is quite balanced. otherwise area51 would be a safezone.

Edit : maybe the hitman mission could be in a property, you kill the target get the loot or cargo and go to the property just like hitman but with loot crates or cargo and you don't need a cargo car.

Detailed description of the suggestion:
So instead of waiting 15 Minutes for properties to give you money and staying AFK for 24/7, I think properties should be different than that.
You gotta do missions to get the money, it should give a lot of money also it should have a cool down maybe 1 or 2 hours for each property you own. Only one player can do the mission in the whole server after he finishes it another player could do it.
More than one player could buy the property just like gta onlineThere would be a drug factory or counterfeit money factory (as a property) it should be expensive. You need to buy the cargo first, then you pickup the cargo from somewhere in the map and deliver it to your property and other players should try attacking you and take your cargo, if they did, they will get 50-70 % of the money that you should get from delivering it. Cargo should be kinda expensive like 750K or more so it don't be so easy. The cargo car should have more HP than normal cars as players will be hunting you. Properties should have 3 different tiers the higher the tier the more money it gives. Maybe like 2 or 3 Properties in each tier. more than one player could buy or rent for an amount of days. It should require a lot of score First tier 5000 score Second 10000 third 20000
I think this will add another main way to get money other than exports.

Detailed description of the suggestion:
You can see your gang kills, deaths, k/d and a new gang leaderboard that shows the gang with most kills and the and the gang with the most deaths(all kills count doesn't have to be gwar ) .
And for gungame, you should start with better weapons like for example you start with m4 and end with a Chainsaw, each kill = 1 lvl, instead of each 5 kills = 1 lvl. Also add more maps.

So the past week I been searching for a way to prove I wasn't hacking so before you lock up this thread and tell me banned forever listen to me for once I decided to screen shot my gta sa folder and use ease us, an app used to recover old deleted folders so I will scan my gta sa folder for deleted files and show my old files, I think if I lied Ease US wont lie, So I will post screen shots in the forum that included deleted files and current gta sa files.
This a cleo folder I found hidden.

The Cheat launcher Chilli doesn't have pro aim hacks I used it in other servers such as UIF and normal GTA SA And it the date added (the program was 2017 I think) mean I used before even playing GTA DM. If you want to me send anymore screen shots, I will. Sorry for not uploading pictures here cuz I couldn't figure out how to organize them and stuff that's all I gotta say and proove. I would Screen shot gta sa folder outside of Ease us if you want me to.
